Secure, Compliant recycling for the Medical Industry
Our Security Protocol:
a pillard approach
Our Core Commitment
At Assured Archive Solutions, we recognize that outdated X-ray films are more than just physical objects; they are repositories of Protected Health Information (PHI). Our entire operational protocol is designed around one non-negotiable principle: the complete and irreversible destruction of all patient data.
Secure Chain of Custody:
From the moment we take possession, every box is tracked. All materials are transported in sealed containers. A formal, signed manifest documents every transfer, creating a verifiable audit trail from your door to our secure processing facility.
Pillar II
Industrial Destruction:
Upon arrival, all X-ray films are immediately fed into an industrial-grade shredder. Films are cross-cut into confetti-like particles, rendering any and all patient information (names, dates, IDs) completely unrecoverable. This physical destruction is the cornerstone of our HIPAA-compliant methodology.
Pillar III
Pillar I
Employee Vetting & Training:
Every team member undergoes rigorous background checks. All employees are trained and certified in our strict security and HIPAA compliance protocols. Access to materials is limited to authorized personnel only.
Pillar IV
Secure Processing Facility:
Our facility is access-controlled and monitored. Shredding occurs immediately upon receipt to minimize storage time and eliminate security risks.
Your Proof of Compliance: The Certificate of Destruction
The final, crucial step in our process is providing you with
legal documentation.
This certificate is your permanent record, providing defensible proof for any audit that you have fulfilled your duty to protect patient privacy.
Certificate of Destruction
Includes:
- Your Practice Name and Address
- The Date, Time and Location of Destruction
